This CPD session explores how artificial intelligence is already reshaping architectural practice, moving beyond notions of ‘AI as automation’ towards AI as design intelligence. Through a series of real-world building case studies, the session examines how AI is being applied across key stages of architectural work – from early design option exploration and performance prediction to embodied carbon assessment, circular material strategies, construction optimisation, and post-occupancy learning.
